The hoteliers (especially the landlady and her son) were very helpful, very nice and friendly.
Because of its position it was a little difficult to reach.
Very polite and kind staff. You have a feeling that all the visitors are like a familly in the hotel
The front rooms have a small problem with the noise from the road but if you close the doors and windows and open the aircondition the problem is over!!
This is a nice little complex of villas. The room was big, clean with AC for hot days. From your room, you go straight out to the terrace and the interior courtyard where there is a small pool and flowers all around. You can take breakfast on the terrace next to the pool. There is no view to the caldera, but the opposite side, to the sea. The caldera is 200 m away, the city center is at 800 m. There are ATV renting centers on the main street. It's a family business, and they will have a warm welcome prepared for you.
The wi-fi in the room was not working, but it wasn't a big problem, as we could connect from the terrace.
Quiet hotel, 15 min to the main bus station in Fira. Hospitality of hotel's employer Elias! Free transfer to Fira.
Not easy to find for the first time. Need to go downstairs / upstairs. It is very difficult for old peoples and tourists with childrens.
The location is at Firostefani . It has a lovely pool and balcony garden looking out to the Aegean sea and the east side, large clean rooms, and is an easy walk to the edge of the caldera and the main area of Fira. The hosts were very helpful and informative. Airport pickup and drop was a special treat for us. Breakfast was nice. The internet was accessible while enjoying the view of the sea at the poolside. Thumbs Up!!
Their location was fantastic; it was right in the middle of town. It was an excellent value for money considering things in Santorini are quite expensive. Even though that the hotel was not a luxury hotel it was not a budget hotel; it was right in the middle.
The staff were not very friendly. Upon arrival the lady who owns the hotel was not very inviting and not very accommodating to our needs. It seemed like she was only about business more than her clients. Breakfast was very poor. If you are not looking for total luxury and want a middle of the road hotel we would recommend Ersi Villas; just don't expect the best service or food. Location is great and price was good.
The quietness of the place.
When we arrived the the room wasn´t like we asked for. Only next day they changed.
Excellent value x cost. The staff of the hotel is very gentle. I highly recommend this hotel. Nice facilities, great location. Besides that, the breakfast is very good.
Set in quiet area, short walk from caldera edge. Close to Bus stop. The pool
Short walk to the mainroad and buss-stop. Quiet surrounding, peaceful place. Beautiful flowers outside. Clean room. Free transfer to the harbour.
Free pickup from the airport; did not show up because had forgotten. Shower was quite poor and the bathroom had suffered of humidity. The safetybox wasn't attached to the wall. Many cloth-hangers were broken. Poor communication between the mother and the son who run the hotel. One promised something, the other one hadn't a clue. Nice people though.
The owners of the hotel were very nıce and frıendly. The place and the vıew were good
It was a lıttle dıffıcult to get there.
Quiet environment with clean rooms.
Location is on a hill which make it difficult to get to the hotel. Bed was abit too hard for me.
The hostess was friendly and informative, as well as helpful with advice about the island of Santorini.
Very friendly hotel stuff (they provided transport from/to the main bus station on arrival and departure), clean room, and good location. We also enjoyed the breakfast even though some people may find it simple.
The hotel is close to the city centre of Fira and the cliff, and convenient for take the local bus. It has a swimming pool and terraces for each room which are very lovely.
